Brother Olrich oversees the Youth Ministry of Walk By Faith International Missionary Church, bringing to life our church's mission and vision through our youth. He Provides input in the development of a ministry plan for the youth ministry in conjunction with adult volunteers.
He is spiritually preparing our youth for challenges ahead in young adulthood and nurturing in them a sense of clear Christian identity through understanding of God-given gifts and talents.
The Youth are the Future of the Church. Who is going to carry the torch when this generation is gone? What will happen to the Church if we don’t intentionally disciple our youth? If we are going to try to reach a large amount of people, we need to start with the children and youth.
Walk By Faith International Church truly believe that youth are the future of the church, with this belief we put in place the best children’s and youth programs in our settings. Children absorb everything and are so impressionable, we therefore believe that we must capture the opportunity to make an impact on their lives while they are young and eager to learn. We need to start impacting them while they are young, so we don’t lose them when they grow up.
