The Walk-By-Faith Music Ministry has been designed specifically to attract the Almighty God (John 12:32… ”if I be lifted up from the earth, I will draw all men unto me”). It is our desire as we gather together as a corporate body worshiping the King of Kings, making Him the center of our focus, and the object of our affection, that we will see true manifestation of God’s power moving in our midst. We are thoroughly convinced that by attracting God’s presence and creating an atmosphere for Him to move in, lives will be changed and bodies will be supernaturally healed, delivered and set free from the bondage of the enemy.
As a ministry, we are determined to know God, and to make Him known to all that will freely receive Him. We are committed to excellence. Educating the corporate body of Christ about the powerful weapon of Music, Praise and Worship, and its effectiveness when accessed and utilized on a daily basis, rather than as a casual encounter on a bi-weekly basis. So, we consistently “Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise:” (Ps. 100:4a) expecting to hear a word from the Lord and expecting a tangible move of God every time.
At Walk By Faith International Church, our desire is to please the Father and not the flesh of men. So our musical selection is, and will remain culturally diverse, believing that we must do as the scripture has said in I Corinthians 9:22b, “…I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some.” Our ultimate goal musically is to tear down the walls of cultural tradition and separation seen throughout the church worldwide. We believe we are spirits that possess bodies, and the spirit of a man has no color. Thus, we strive to hear the voice of the father, that we might recreate the sound of heaven (Psalms 149:1, “Praise ye the LORD. Sing unto the LORD a new song, and his praise in the congregation of saints”). A sound that will prick the hearts of every man, woman, boy and girl regardless of color. Ultimately preparing the hearts of God’s people to receive the engrafted written word of God. So that salvation might be made available to all that will believe and encourage those that are already of the house hold of faith to continue to higher heights and deeper depths in Christ Jesus our Lord.
